Spirit-led is an online group course for women who want to make space to hear their inner voice, embrace their sacred gifts, and lovingly unbind themselves from past wounds that are diluting their ability to show up in the present with an open heart.
I will be co-leading this unique course with 2 other mentors that I highly respect, look up to, and have worked with on my own path. They continuously inspire me and remind me that there is a rich realm of divine guidance, inner knowing, and earth magic that we always have access to.
Over the course of 3 months, you will go on a series of guided meditation journeys, heart-centered discussion and shares, and entryways into the magic found within community and honest, vulnerable, real ways of relating.

What have you journeyed through? What gems of wisdom are held in the past for you to revisit and retrieve? What happens when you give loving support to the part of you that never received it?
THE MOTHER
What are you currently creating? What matters most to you? Are you willing to let go of how you think things should be, to accept things as they are?

Who would you most like to become? What are your unique gifts? What does your future self have to share with you, right now?

the wisdom of the runes— each group journey will begin with rune casting to explore what specific energies we will work with for each archetype
an understanding of how to incorporate energy work, holistic healing, and ritual into your life in an easy and applicable way

Nicole Ford
Nicole has been working in the mental health field for 17 years and specializes in trauma healing and shamanic work. She blends western practices with ancient practices to work with the mind, body, and spirit. She is currently living in Costa Rica with her daughter swimming in the ocean and creating a beautiful life.

Lauren Merrill
Lauren specializes in guiding others deeper into their body, their senses, and their inner compass. Through her 10+ years of study and practice in the healing arts, her mission is to connect other women with healing practices and ritual tools that help them tune into their emotions, and strengthen their self-belief.

Jeremy is a Story Teller, a Northern Shaman, and a Teacher. He walks the path of a land guardian and keeper of his ancestor's history. Through his Celtic + Norse storytelling, knowledge of the Elder Futhark Runes, and the guidance of Odin, he walks others through the layers to a deeper understanding of the magick held within.
